In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination. Any prepaid fees for services not yet provided may be refunded at the discretion of Wickham HR Consultancy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration or another mutually agreed-upon method of resolution.
