Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for the intended purpose, but they may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without our written permission.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination. Any prepaid fees for services not yet provided may be refunded at the discretion of Wickham HR Consultancy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the services provided will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration or another mutually agreed-upon method of resolution.

10. Modifications to Terms

Wickham HR Consultancy reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
